The Role

As a Licensing Officer, your role will be to undertake assessments, make recommendations and process routine applications for various licenses, renewals, registrations, permits and security cards for numerous occupations regulated by our Department.

Assessing, processing and auditing applications.

Providing high-quality customer service.

Obtaining relevant documentations.

Maintaining records.
