About the role

As a Site Coordinator at Joyce Kitchens, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the seamless execution of construction projects. Responsible for coordinating on-site activities, you will ensure the efficient and safe delivery of projects in Perth and surrounding suburbs, WA. What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards

Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity

Liaise with project coordinators, clients, and subcontractors to address issues and maintain open communication

Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel

Oversee the quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship

Provide guidance and support to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work culture

Maintain detailed records and documentation to support project reporting and compliance

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar supervisory role within the cabinet making industry

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Proficient in interpreting and implementing construction plans, specifications, and regulations

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
