Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of commercial construction sites
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers
• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Plan and schedule work to optimise productivity and resources
• Manage deliveries, materials, and on-site logistics

About You:

• 7+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role in the WA construction market
• Trade Qualified Carpener/Joiner or similar industry relevant qualification
• Genuine passion for construction and motived to deliver quality builds
• Excellent track record of delivering projects on time with minimal defects and a clean OHS record
• Experience on commercial construction projects such as shopping centres, distribution centres, or commercial buildings between $15m to $30m
• Full working rights in Australia.
