What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple commercial builds
• Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure timelines are met
• Lead subcontractors and ensure high standards of safety and quality
• Assist the Project Manager with budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Coordinate RFIs and communicate effectively with clients and consultants
• Read and interpret plans, conduct take-offs, and support site reporting
• Oversee defect rectification and drive project completion

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Site Supervisor (residential or commercial)
• Strong communication, planning, and documentation skills
• A proactive, hands-on leader who takes pride in their work
• Valid White Card and Driver’s Licence
• Trade background preferred but not essential
