Elite Makeovers is a leading renovation company in Perth, specialising in high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional results with precision, professionalism, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor with at least 5 years in the construction industry to oversee our residential renovation projects, ensuring they run smooth, within budget and to serve as our teams construction expert. The role involves managing daily site operations, resolving issues regarding construction, coordinating with trades and suppliers, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site. If you have strong construction knowledge, you're proactive, a good problem solver and detail-oriented, we want you to join our growing team!

Project Oversight:

Oversee day-to-day operations on residential renovation sites (kitchens, bathrooms, laundries).

Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure jobs run smoothly.

Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.

Ensure the site is clean, organised, and compliant with WHS standards at all times.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timelines are met.

Manage the site work schedule to keep projects on track e.g. which trade needs to do their work first

Arrange inspections and deliveries as needed throughout each stage of the project.

Team & Trade Management:

Supervise and support all tradespeople and labourers on-site.

Resolve any issues or conflicts quickly and professionally.

Conduct tool-box meetings and briefings when necessary.

Communication:

While Operations Manager is the main point of contact for clients, the Site Supervisor will handle any specific queries or concerns about on-site progress.

Provide regular updates on timelines, progress, and any other changes to the team and clients, maintaining professionalism and approachability.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Review all work against plans, scopes, and standards to ensure superior quality.

Identify and report defects early, ensuring timely rectification.

Ensure full compliance with building regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate daily site logs and photo documentation.

Complete progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.

Record scope changes and variations, ensuring proper documentation.

Problem Solving

Be proactive in identifying potential issues before they escalate.

Offer practical, solutions-focused input for challenges faced on-site.

Ensure materials are on-site and readily available to avoid delays.
