What you’ll be doing

• Design and refine loan processing systems, workflows, and operational best practices
• Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth deal flow and strong lender relationships
• Oversee broker compliance with Best Interest Duty and NCCP requirements
• Implement CRM and file management best practices (experience with Connective Mercury CRM and Apply Online highly regarded)
• Structure complex deals, including those involving company and trust structures
• Review trust tax returns and complete servicing
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency
• Provide training, guidance, and support to brokers on systems and compliance

Must Haves

• 4+ years Brokerage experience (broking, processing, or operations)
• Ability to read trust tax returns and complete servicing
• 2+ years experience in Mortgage Brokerage sales training
• Desire to work in office

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Connective Mercury CRM and Apply Online
