Ready to bring your financial expertise to one of Australia’s most recognisable and respected brands? We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful, and business-critical financial support across the B2C division.

This role is BAU-focused, giving you ownership over essential month-end, forecasting, and financial control processes, while also driving continuous improvement and helping shape smarter decision-making across the business.

• $500 - $600 per day

What you’ll be doing:

Monitor, forecast, and account for financial performance across multiple business units

Track key business metrics, develop models, and improve gross margin and EBIT tracking

Own monthly operating cost reporting and forecasting, partnering closely with stakeholders to update and review cost bases

Deliver core month-end processes – journal processing, forecasting, and reporting

Complete monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and financial control tasks for the Tribe

Assist in half-year and year-end accounts, including variance analysis, commentary, and audit preparation

Support the development of systems, processes, and reporting to enhance business performance

Provide ad hoc financial analysis to meet changing business needs

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and month-end processes

Strong Excel skills, with the ability to quickly interpret and present complex data

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple teams

Experience in a complex, multi-unit organisation (retail, FMCG, or membership-based industries desirable)
