About the role

Join the dynamic team at the Westend Market Hotel as a Casual Gaming and TAB Attendant. Based in the vibrant suburb of Sunshine, VIC 3020, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a thriving hospitality and gaming environment. As a Casual Gaming and TAB Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the gaming and TAB operations within the hotel.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with all their gaming and TAB needs in a friendly and professional manner

Ensuring the gaming and TAB areas are well-maintained, organised and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Accurately handling cash and managing transactions related to gaming and TAB operations

Identifying and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

Supporting the overall operations of the hotel by assisting with other duties as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or gaming attendant role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Must be available to work days, weekends, nights and overnights.

Strong numeracy skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on additional duties as required
