About the role

We are seeking a Gaming Attendants to join our team at the Old England Hotel in Heidelberg. As a Gaming Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience within our gaming facilities. What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and professional customer service to all gaming patrons

Assist customers with operating gaming machines and accessing gaming services

Ensure gaming areas are well-maintained, clean and presentable at all times

Monitor gaming activities and report any issues or concerns to management

Promote and encourage responsible gaming practices

Perform cash handling duties with a high degree of accuracy

Comply with all relevant gaming legislation, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or gaming attendant role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

A current Gaming License
