Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Assist customers with gaming machines and other gaming services.

Maintain a clean and organized bar & gaming area.

Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and licensing requirements.

Serve beverages and snacks in accordance with bar service standards.

Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in both bar service and gaming environments (advantage)

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) Module 1

Valid Gaming License.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and public holidays
