What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries across messenger, social media, phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage and resolve order issues using internal systems.
• Provide accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer information.
• Handle customer cases submitted through the website with care and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry.
• A quick learner who enjoys picking up new systems and tools.
• A genuine enthusiasm for animals is a big plus!

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, based in Macquarie Park.
