WOW Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a global leader in skylights and roof windows, who have been brightening Australian homes for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they're now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their friendly, close-knit team in Alexandria.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Providing expert advice and helping customers choose the right products
• Processing orders and coordinating dispatch with the warehouse team
• Assisting walk-in customers at the showroom
• Liaising with dealers for returns, credits, and product information
• Generating daily invoices and managing sales order administration
• Following up on outstanding orders and maintaining accurate records

What You Bring

• 1–2 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or call centre role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and order processing
