They're known for their precision craftsmanship, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service and are now looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of the warehouse and grow with the business.

About the Role

You’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from purchasing and stock control, to order fulfilment, logistics, and ensuring customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to put your stamp on processes, refine systems, and help shape the warehouse for the future.

This role suits a straight shooter who’s down-to-earth, highly organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Stock Control – Source and purchase materials, maintain optimal stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and complete occasional pick-ups.
• Order Fulfilment & Logistics – Pick, pack, and label orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with couriers and freight providers.
• Quality & Customer Satisfaction – Conduct quality checks, ensure order accuracy, and follow up on customer feedback.
• Warehouse Management – Keep the space safe, clean, and organised, and assist the operations team when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a warehouse / manufacturing management role
• Experience in hands on warehouse position
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a small team.
• Proven experience in growth aspect of business
• Computer skills for ordering, inventory tracking, and courier bookings.
• Physically fit and confident with manual handling.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A clear communicator with suppliers, couriers, and customers.
• Comfortable using inventory and logistics systems (Unleashed, Cin7, or similar).
• Current driver’s licence
• Forklift licence preferred
