We are a fast-growing startup with global ambitions - and we're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to establish and grow our in-house manufacturing capability. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role, it’s an opportunity to think outside of the box, design manufacturing methods, and scale production in line with ISO13485 and GMP, using world-first techniques and the only machine of its kind in Australia.

What you’ll be doing:

Establish and optimise manufacturing processes for new production lines, from proof-of-concept through to scale-up lines.

Navigate regulatory and quality expectations while ensuring reliability, repeatability, and compliance.

Partner with critical suppliers and identify new ones, occasionally travelling internationally to deepen relationships.

Develop business cases for manufacturing scale-up, contract manufacturing, and commercial decision-making.

Lead by doing, you’ll roll up your sleeves in assembly and production while building the teams and systems that deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
