Allura Partners are delighted to be exclusively supporting a leading property business in their search for a Property Analyst, responsible for providing analytical support to internal leasing, property management, asset management and portfolio management.

For this position, a property background would be highly desirable given the complexities around contracts, leases & lease clauses.

Key responsibilities:

• Leasing performance analysis – leasing deal analysis for property metric and income forecasting and reporting
• Property management analysis – operational analysis for internal and external reporting
• Asset management analysis – long-term income forecasting (property IRRs) and asset valuation
• Challenge status quo, identify business improvement opportunities and drive changes
• Independently deliver the BAU tasks – deliverable timeline, stakeholder expectations, detailed procedures and any key risks associated
• Built sound business partnership with key stakeholders – Head of Finance, Head of Portfolio Management, Head of Property Management, Head of Leasing, Head of Asset Management, Development Management
• Ability to analyse data from multiple sources and critically appraise responses with a holistic view
• Influence decisions for strong financial outcomes
• Prioritisation of competing tasks and delivery of results
• Service delivery and ensuring compliance with internal controls in a fast-pace environment

About you:

• CA/CPA qualified/ close to qualified (or similar) with 2+ years finance/ commercial analytical and reporting experience
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to build intuitive, dynamic and robust Excel models
• Proficiency with Power BI, ability to build and maintain dashboards
• Ability to simplify complex problems into a clear logical framework to support analysis
• ERP and digital reporting system proficiency (exposure to downloading data from digital systems for bespoke analysis)
• Responsibility for the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Experience at creating, validating, reviewing, and analysis of large data sets
• Exposure to the development of management reports
