Make a real impact in healthcare as an IAM Analyst at eHealth NSW.
Join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and play a key role in securing access to vital health systems. You’ll help manage the full lifecycle of digital identities, ensuring the right people have the right access - at the right time.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of high-impact IT projects within a complex and evolving IAM environment. You’ll also provide expert second-level support, resolving escalated issues and helping to keep critical health services running smoothly.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to support tickets and support calls from users and the level 1 support teams and maintain service level agreements
• Use variety of investigation techniques such as data and system analysis, process flows, use case scenarios, business and workflow analysis to analyze complex problems and propose solutions
• Analyze trends of support requests and develop solutions and/or education
• Support design, planning, testing and implementation of Identity projects and developments
• Meet business operational needs through analysis, documentation, engagement, functional deployment and governance over the lifecycle of managed identities
• Provide expert input to designs for system improvements

This role is internally referred to as Technical Support Analyst – Identity and Access Management

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Oracle Identity & Access Suite (OIM, OAM, OAAM)
• Quest One Identity

Self-motivated and confident to work independently

• Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with previous experience in customer support roles
• Knowledgeable in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, roles, and functions
• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM products such as:
• Eager to learn and grow, with an interest in designing and developing identity management solutions
