The Role

Love working with people and making things run smoothly? As a Senior Property Manager you’ll be the go-to person in charge of looking after a clean portfolio of properties and keeping both tenants and landlords super duper happy. Out client is on the lookout for someone who is confident in managing a dynamic portfolio, can balance priorities and navigate everyday challenges with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a tidy portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and ensuring communication channels remain strong.

Liaise with landlords and tenants, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure rental arrears are kept to a minimum and follow up as needed.

Conduct Entry and Exit condition reports- you will have on the ground assistance with routine inspections!

Action all maintenance requests in a timely manner and see all maintenance jobs through from start to finish

About You

Proven experience in property management (minimum 3 years preferred).

Current Real Estate Registration Certificate

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with property management software (e.g, PropertyMe) is advantageous.

Reliable car and valid driver’s license.
