Responsibilities:

• Manage a growing portfolio of 100–150 properties
• Oversee all aspects of end-to-end property management
• Liaise with tenants and landlords to maintain positive relationships
• Handle maintenance requests, arrears, lease renewals, and entry/exit inspections
• Utilise PropertyTree, IRE and Inspection Manager daily
• Work closely with the team
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain a loyal client base

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration ( ESSENTIAL )
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A genuine desire to settle in and stay long-term
