Full leasing and admin support is provided, so you can focus on client relationships and portfolio management - without burnout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a clean portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties
• Handle all end-to-end property management tasks
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trades and landlords
• Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and lease renewals
• Handle arrears management and tenancy disputes when required
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
• Prepare documentation using PropertyMe and relevant platforms
• Work closely with the leasing and admin support team

You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience in Property Management
• QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Experience with PropertyMe (preferred) or similar systems
