Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 130–150 properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with ease
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Handle lease and rent reviews with confidence

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 12 months’ experience in Property Management
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Polished communication skills - written and verbal
• A reliable car and a current driver’s license
