About the Role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide in depth support to the Operations Supervisor including daily logistics, scheduling, service tracking, and internal communication to ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with drivers, customer service, and fleet teams to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily route planning, scheduling, and adjustments

Coordinate with drivers, customer service and workshop staff to resolve issues

Monitor service completion, driver check-ins, and time records

Conduct daily end-of-shift debriefings with drivers

Track and maintain operational reports (e.g., missed pickups, incidents, overtime)

Provide administrative support across the operations department as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics, transport, or waste operations (preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling/dispatch systems

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
