About the role

This full-time Regional Operations Supervisor role at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd' offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry. Based in Alice Springs NT 0870, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's regional warehousing, storage and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehousing and distribution teams to ensure operational efficiency and productivity targets are met

Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse layout, inventory management and material flow processes

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehousing, logistics and customer service operations

Provide leadership, training and development opportunities to warehouse and logistics staff

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment

Strong operational and process improvement skills with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence

Diploma in a relevant field
