You will be a vital part of our HR and property management functions, supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring our company housing and property assets are well maintained and compliant.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain current and accurate electronic employee records
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
• Assist with the development of employee and HR reports and audits
• Manage employee enquiries related to documents
• Liaise with payroll to create and issue confirmation of letters
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned
• Maintain the property management inbox, ensuring all bills and invoices are submitted and paid, and maintenance requests are managed
• Coordinate assignment of company housing
• Act as liaison between tenants and property management/landlords
• Manage and maintain the property register

Skills and Experience:

• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation advantageous
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships
• Proficiency with HR software such as HRIS or HRMS
• Certifications in Human Resources or related fields desirable
• Experience with rental management and property administration
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
