We are searching for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator who wants to contribute to our commitment to being a trusted and compliant workplace for our team and tenants.
You will be a vital part of our HR and property management functions, supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring our company housing and property assets are well maintained and compliant.
Applicant must be living in Australia and have full working rights.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and accurate electronic employee records
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
- Assist with the development of employee and HR reports and audits
- Manage employee enquiries related to documents
- Liaise with payroll to create and issue confirmation of letters
- Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned
- Maintain the property management inbox, ensuring all bills and invoices are submitted and paid, and maintenance requests are managed
- Coordinate assignment of company housing
- Act as liaison between tenants and property management/landlords
- Manage and maintain the property register
Skills and Experience:
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation advantageous
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships
- Proficiency with HR software such as HRIS or HRMS
- Certifications in Human Resources or related fields desirable
- Experience with rental management and property administration
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
