This is a true generalist role with variety every day. You’ll be across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding, to performance management, pay and conditions interpretation, training and development, and employee engagement – all while helping to build a strong, connected culture in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
What you’ll do
Partner with managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Provide clear, practical advice to leaders and employees across all HR and ER matters.
Support performance management, and workplace investigations.
Develop and support formal and informal training and development
Advise on payroll changes and ensure accurate implementation.
Interpret awards and communicate in plain language.
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and systems.
Contribute to HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.

What you’ll bring
Experience in a generalist HR or advisory role.
Award interpretation skills and knowledge of employment legislation.
Experience providing payroll-related advice and ensuring accuracy.
A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
The discretion and professionalism to handle sensitive matters.
