About You

Previous experience in the hotel industry, ideally within Front Office or Reservations

Organised, dependable, and confident working independently or in a team

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.

Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage.

Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mix of mornings, evenings and nights

Main Duties

Greet our guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide clear and accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.

Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy standards.

Support the Reservations team during peak periods and contribute to revenue-generating efforts.

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
