About the role

Pal Education (RTO 45540 CRICOS 03802G) is seeking a full-time Trainer and Assessor to join our growing team in Malaga, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training to our students, ensuring they gain the skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen field.

We are offering the following courses at our Malaga Site:

- Traffic Controller
- Implement Traffic Control Plans
- Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan
- Construction Induction White Card
- First Aid
- Fire Extinguisher
- Fire extinguisher and fire blanket testing
- Front end loader, Skid steer, Backhoe Loader

What we're looking for

Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above

Have at least 2 years industry experience relevant to training and be able to provide currency;

Hold either a CertIV TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work on weekends and evenings is highly desirable
