Are you passionate about creating safer communities and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Domestic & Family Violence Case Manager to join our team in the beautiful Fleurieu Region.
This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to be a lifeline for victim-survivors and their children, helping them navigate the complexities of domestic and family violence with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. In this pivotal regional role, you will deliver specialised case management and oversee the Safe at Home (SAH) service, enabling clients to remain safely in their homes through tailored safety planning and property security upgrades. You will work closely with local services, government agencies, and community organisations to ensure holistic, client-centred support that promotes long-term safety and wellbeing.

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a driven, compassionate person who brings:
- Strong case management experience supporting women, children, and young people impacted by domestic and family violence
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and external partners
- Ability to manage complex caseloads with initiative, independence, and sound judgment
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and community networks
- Confidence in facilitating group work and engaging in community education activities
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services or Child, Youth and Family Intervention, or significant experience in the field
You Will Need To:
- Complete our online application process
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Hold a current unencumbered Australian driver’s licence and be willing to drive
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
