This senior leadership position oversees daily operations, participant services, and staff coordination across Adelaide. You will lead rostering, program planning, participant onboarding, and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, while also managing the Respite House and supervising the Program & Rostering Coordinator.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading participant onboarding, case management, and support planning.
Supervising and developing the Program & Rostering Coordinator and team leaders.
Overseeing weekly rostering and program schedules to ensure continuity of supports.
Managing HR processes, onboarding performance reviews, and staff professional development.
Ensuring compliance with WHS, NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Standards, and internal SOPs.
Implementing and monitoring Positive Behaviour Support strategies and restrictive practice reporting.
Providing fortnightly operational updates to the executive team.
What We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Disability, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
3–5 years’ leadership experience in disability, health, or community services.
Strong knowledge of the NDIS, SCHADS Award, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resolve complex participant issues, and balance operational demands.
Excellent communication skills and digital literacy.
Current DHS Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and First Aid/CPR.
