About the company:
Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a Video Production Coordinator to join their busy team for a casual 12-months temporary assignment.
About the role:
As a Case Manager, you will be part of a team that provides support in building the capability of NDIA staff and partners to make complex decisions where technical or clinical advice is required. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Providing subject matter expertise using a coaching and mentoring approach, advising on the most appropriate supports to achieve participant outcomes.
- Managing sensitive conversations and situations associated with approval of funding.
- Liaising and working with stakeholders, delegates, partners and providers to ensure consistent decision making and outcome achievement.
- Providing high quality written and telephone advice and record keeping.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong engagement with multiple stakeholders.
- Organisation and time management skills
- Experience in the disability, health or aged care sectors.
- Case management experience.
- Team leadership skills and experience.
- Relevant degree, advanced or other diploma qualifications in the following areas: Occupational Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Registered Nursing (must be eligible for AHPRA registration), Social Work, Mental Health Practitioners, Specialists Behavioural Support Practitioners, or Medico Legal Allied Health.
Benefits:
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12 months contract with possibility of extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Multiple Locations Available: Geelong, Richmond, Parramatta, Brisbane, Midland, Adelaide, or Hobart
- $60.26 per hour + Super
