The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You’ll play a vital role in handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries

Assist customers with service bookings, account queries, and general information

Coordinate with the operations department to resolve service issues and schedule changes

Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in our database

Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary

Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required

About You

Professional and friendly telephone manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A proactive and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail

A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role

Competent in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
