WA Project & Commercial Waterproofing are one of Western Australia’s largest and most progressive waterproofing and silicone companies, serving both commercial and residential builders in WA.

We are currently seeking a full-time administration superstar for an immediate start.

What you will be doing:

Data entry, inclusive of all purchase orders daily (high volume)

Answering incoming calls

Manage and maintain shared inboxes and emails

Assistance with creation and roll out of SOPS and internal process for growth

Accounts payable assistance

Scheduling of services

General administration support

Qualifications and experience required:

Extensive administration experience (minimum of 5 years)

Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

MYOB advanced experience (minimum 3 years)

Excellent customer service skills and phone manner, with the ability to comfortably engage with a broad range of clients.

High attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritise

Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
