About the opportunity
This role provides quality administration assistance to our trades team.
As the Administration Assistant, we are looking for someone who will:
Always present professionally and fit for work.
Ensure tasks are completed as per the schedule and per direction from Supervisors within timeframe.
Participate in operations planning, toolbox, and safety meetings.
Ensure positive client feedback is received for work that has been undertaken.
To be successful, you will have:
Positive work attitude
Excellent customer service
Ability to organize, prioritise and use initiative
High-quality data entry skills and experience with Office software
Simpro and MYOB experience highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team.
Excellent Time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Must be able to pass Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
Duties include:
General administration duties
Ordering of materials as needed
Raising job sheets
Accounts Payable/Receivable

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm
