About the position

Your role will consist of the following:

Managing cash flow including incoming/outgoing payments and bank reconciliation.

Generating invoices, monthly statements & follow up outstanding amounts with customers.

Communicate with customers regarding accounts receivable issues in a professional and solution-focused manner .

Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist with general office administration

Analyse account transactions and support monthly financial reporting

Coordinate tax compliance matters (BAS, GST, etc.) with senior tax agents

Contribute to internal control systems and support system improvements
