This successful agricultural company has diverse business operations across Australia which they are intent to continue growing in the coming years.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports with P&L commentary, as well as managing a wide range of accounting functions.

More specifically, your role will include (but may not be limited to);

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and manage month-end accruals and intercompany transactions
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and monthly board reports
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making
• Support cost analysis and margin improvement initiative
• Monitor cashflow and provide regular reporting
• Oversee inventory management and capital asset reporting
• Assist with system upgrades and process improvement projects
• Assist in designing and implementing internal controls and best practice processes
• Support annual external audits and provide ad hoc support to the General Manager and Finance Manager as required

You will ideally be a CA/CPA (or equivalent) Accountant with a number of years' experience as a Management Accountant from a manufacturing/agricultural or similar industry environment. You will be looking to join a small, CBD-based team and Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded.
