The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled Management Accountant to turn numbers into insights that shape strategy and deliver results. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting capital project costing and performance monitoring. Working closely with our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, helping drive decisions that enhance guest experiences, strengthen communities, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Help shape the future of one of NSW’s most loved holiday park groups by turning numbers into insights that drive real-world results.

• Assist with the preparation of accurate monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate project costing for all capital works, including allocation of costs to correct projects and asset categories.
• Assist in the delivery of financial insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
• Assist in the development and management annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor and report on capital expenditure, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
• Coordinate monthly Finance Operating Meetings and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Use ERP and BI tools to improve processes, enhance reporting, and streamline operations.

About You

You’re an analytical thinker who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. You can partner confidently with leaders across the organisation, influence decisions, and maintain a sharp eye for accuracy. You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA desirable).
• Proven experience in management accounting and capital project costing.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, variance analysis, and modelling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities with a focus on quality and results.
