Estimator – Design and Construct Fitout | Sydney CBD
Well-established contractor with 30+ years’ experience
Work on high-profile commercial D+C projects
Support and mentorship from an experienced Senior Estimator
We are working closely with a leading Design and Construct fitout contractor delivering quality commercial projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline in corporate offices, education, health, and retail, they are looking for an Estimator to join their collaborative team.
The role
Reporting to a Senior Estimator, you will prepare cost estimates for predominantly D+C projects, with some hard dollar tenders. Responsibilities include:
Measuring and completing take-offs
Calculating rates and preparing detailed estimates
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
Using Cubit estimating software to deliver accurate submissions
About you
2–3+ years estimating experience in Australia
Background in commercial fitout, ideally D+C
Proficiency with Cubit preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
