We’re a well-established and growing electrical contracting company delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator able to tender projects up to $5m or more to join our team and play a vital role in driving our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and tenders for electrical projects

Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing

Work closely with project managers and directors to deliver profitable outcomes

Review costings and submit completed tenders in a timely manner

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial)

Solid understanding of Australian electrical standards and construction practices

Ability to produce accurate and detailed estimates to meet deadlines.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, data and communications, lighting control, and energy efficiency solutions

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction

A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions during the estimating process.

Willingness to learn about new technologies and to enhance and develop existing estimating systems.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Must have Australian industry experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients and to draft tender responses.

Experience using estimating software (e.g., SimPRO, Groundplan/Bluebeam, Excel)

Trade-qualified electrician or relevant experience preferred
