Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the flooring store, including sales (measuring and quoting), customer service, ordering stock for orders and booking installations.

Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment that promotes a positive customer experience.

Resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services

About you

The successful candidate will need to exercise your own judgement and decision-making skills daily to ensure we deliver a fabulous flooring experience, every day. Ideally you will also have:

At least some experience in a retail role, preferably in the flooring industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Preferably some flooring product knowledge such as carpets and hard floors to support customer queries

Must be able to measure in-home, draw and read plans

Knowledge of flooring installation processes

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including every second Saturday, as required.
