About the Role

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering tailored flooring solutions, and driving results. From initial consultation to project completion, you will manage the full sales cycle with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage inbound and self-generated leads

Conduct on-site inspections, measurements, and tailored product presentations

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client base

Collaborate with operations and installation teams for seamless project delivery

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Address customer concerns swiftly and ensure a high level of satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of proven sales experience in flooring or building products

A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Sound knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, and market trends

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-driven and able to manage workload independently

Valid driver’s license (vehicle allowance or company car provided)
