About the Role

As the Fencing Hardware Counter Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact for both trade and commercial clients. You'll manage inbound sales, follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure customers receive accurate and timely support.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

✅ Handling inbound calls and emails
✅ Following up on quotes, orders, and sales leads
✅ Preparing accurate quotations
✅ Processing and confirming sales orders
✅ Keeping customer records and CRM updated
✅ Providing expert advice on fencing hardware
✅ Coordinating with warehouse and logistics
✅ Monitoring stock availability
✅ Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
