About the role

We are seeking an experienced or trainee motorcycle salesperson to join our dynamic team at Pro Motorcycles in Moorooka, Queensland. As a Motorcycle Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our range of high-quality Honda, Royal Enfield, Segway and Kymco motorcycles, ATV's & UTV's. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and progressive company culture.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and interests
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our motorcycle, ATV & UTV range
• Closing sales and finalizing customer purchases
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales
• Providing post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for motorcycles
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive sales environment
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Relevant qualifications or certificates in sales, customer service or a related field would be advantageous
