The opportunity

Join a dynamic and growing team as New Home Sales Consultant, responsible for providing expert advice to clients with choosing, customising and purchasing new homes.

You will be the main point of contact between the client and builder, delivering high quality customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building rapport to develop trusted relationships with clients to generate and nurture leads.
• Assisting clients with choosing design products, including floorplans, facades, upgrades and inclusions.
• Preparing quotations, explaining inclusions, and facilitating the pre-contract process.
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver client expectations.

In addition, you will:

• Maintain accurate client records and lead tracking within the CRM platform.

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years’ sales experience in residential, construction, real estate or a similar role.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of house and land packages, council regulations, and build processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
