A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a highly motivated Area Manager working predominantly north of the river.

Key responsibilities include:

Day to day responsibilities include;

Managing, coaching and developing the abilities of multiple store managers in the northern suburbs.

Monitoring of store performance and implementing improvement strategies where required.

Connecting with local businesses with the aim of gaining fleet customers.

Covering holiday and personal leave for store managers.

Customer complaint handling if escalated above store level.

What we look for:

Impeccable personal presentation as the front-facing representative.

Previous experience in management of the motor industry would be advantageous, as well as sound mechanical knowledge.

Commitment to customer service excellence, and talent for sales.

Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

A valid Australian driver’s license – Essential.

A professional and reliable attitude – Essential.

Loyalty and accountability

Compliant with WH&S rules, regulations, and procedures.

Effective time management skills and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
