Want to sell $1M+ solutions that change the way Aussie manufacturers work?
At INNOVYNC, we help Australian manufacturers unlock their full potential with intelligent automation and world-class European machinery. We’re not order-takers—we’re long-term partners, consultants, and problem-solvers.
We’re now looking for a driven Business Development Consultant to lead our growth across NSW and Victoria. This is your chance to own a region, close high-value deals, and shape the future of modern manufacturing—backed by a brand known for technical excellence and genuine service.
“We don’t micromanage. If you’re the type of person who wants to build something—and you thrive on performance and ownership—this is your spot.”
— Pierre Sullivan, Founder & Director
What You’ll Be Doing
This is not an inbound sales role—you’ll own your pipeline, build it strategically, and be supported every step of the way:
Prospect and generate leads across the manufacturing sector (phone, email, LinkedIn, site visits)
Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery and solution design to closing and post-sale follow-up
Build trusted, long-term relationships with factory managers, engineers, and senior executives
Collaborate with our technical and operations team to deliver the right solution, every time
Report directly to the founder and be a key contributor to national growth
What’s In It for You
OTE of $130k+ in Year 1, with uncapped commission
Laptop, phone & vehicle allowance
Mentorship from our founder, a respected engineer and consultant
Massive autonomy—own your patch and make strategic decisions
Real career growth in a scaling business
Flexible, performance-driven culture (we care about outcomes, not time sheets)
AI-forward tools to help you prospect smarter and close faster
About You
You’re a confident communicator, strategic in how you sell, and skilled at building trust in high-value, consultative sales.
Proven success in capital equipment or complex B2B sales
Bonus: Experience with machinery, tooling, or automation in the stone or glass sectors
Deep understanding of manufacturing and production workflows
Comfortable talking to both technical and executive decision-makers
Self-motivated, commercially savvy, and goal-oriented
What You’ll Own
Your territory: Based at our Arndell Park HQ, you’ll lead NSW growth and support opportunities across VIC.
Your pipeline: You’ll have strong brand recognition and marketing behind you, but you drive momentum.
Your strategy: We’ll back your ideas—if you can make it work, we’ll help make it happen.
What Success Looks Like
Landing your first $250k–$500k win in the first 6 months
Owning client conversations with board-level decision-makers
Driving $1M+ annual sales through new client acquisition and retention
Becoming a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson
Who We Are
INNOVYNC is an Australian-owned machinery and automation specialist. We represent elite European brands and serve clients across the stone, glass, and advanced materials industries. With strong after-sales service, AI-led workflows, and a deep knowledge of local manufacturing, we’re raising the bar for what sales partnerships can look like.
