About the role

Beverage Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Nerang, Queensland. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical solutions to clients. What you'll be doing

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the beverage industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Ability to provide technical solutions - after training - as this is a key point of difference.
