Cricks Noosa is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our team across a multi-franchise dealership representing KIA, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Chery, and Subaru.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent role within an automotive dealership

Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage a team to success

Sound knowledge of dealership operations, including stock management, sales process, and customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead all sales operations for new and used vehicles

Drive performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Mentor and develop your team to maximise their potential

Oversee stock control, reporting, and coordination across departments

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and dealership presentation
