PROFESSIONAL SALES MANAGER

DMW is a fast growing, privately owned Toowoomba based business that specialises in the manufacture and sales of dual cab conversions, high end trays, canopies, dog boxes, GVM upgrades, suspension and 4WD accessories. Essentially, we build awesome cars for the four-wheel drive industry, tradesmen, tourers and families from all around Australia.

We have an exciting opening and are looking for a motivated, well-organised, professional sales manager to join our team.

The successful applicant will play a key role in further building DMW's brand and position in this progressive and ever-growing market.

The position would be based in Toowoomba, with products being sold nationally.

The successful applicant will be offered a considerable base salary and a very healthy commission structure for their part in the sales team's success.

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Mentor the sales team and help them achieve personal goals and sales growth

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Communicate effectively with and manage clients through all stages of the sales and build process.

Achieve agreed-upon individual and team sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Oversee and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Requirements

A genuine interest in 4WD and leisure touring vehicles.

The desire to be a long-term integral part of the company's development.

Proven work experience as a sales representative specialising in consultative selling.

Good knowledge of CRM’s would be an advantage however satisfactory general computer skills are essential.

Understanding of sales funnels, processes and lead nurturing.

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.

Proven vehicle sales, industry experience preferred.
