About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Director, you will take the hand on approach and be predominantly on the shop floor, and fully engaged in the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. You’ll play a vital role in staff leadership, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in leadership meetings and present business sales figures

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints efficiently

Motivate, train, and manage retail staff across all locations

Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings

Manage and coordinate various store departments and business services

Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth store operations

Oversee stock levels, returns, and store deliveries

Manage staff rosters and open/close stores when needed

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Perform other duties as required to support the business
