Accelerate Off-Grid Touring is located in the heart of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, just 3 minutes to famous beaches and surf breaks. Accelerate has been operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 17 years. Now with a team of 20, Accelerate has grown to be one of the largest Auto Electrical and touring businesses in South East Queensland.

Accelerate is seeking an experienced Sales consultant to join our team.

About You

Previous Experience as a Sales Consultant in the 4wd Automotive Industry.

This role involves parts interpreting, so knowledge of 4WD components, touring and Caravanning is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Be able to develop a genuine rapport with customers.

Highly motivated and passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Solution-oriented - if you start a sentence with ‘I’ve got a problem’ then this role isn’t for you.

Amazing Customer Service Skills and the willingness to go above and beyond.

Energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive go-get-them attitude.

Proven ability to build positive professional relationships.

Strong computer knowledge and willingness to learn new programs.

Be able to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

Full Time.

Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 5 pm & Friday 8 am - 2.30 pm.

NO WEEKEND WORK.

Responsible for helping with all enquiries relating to products and services - received via phone, walk in and website.

Be able to provide phone support with a professional phone manner.

Working in our two main software programs - SimPro Job Management Software & Zoho CRM.

Working closely with Management & Other Sales Team Members.

Attend Caravan & 4WD shows as required.

Maintain high standards of personal presentation and workspace cleanliness.

Work with the team to create a positive work environment for the benefit of all.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume of leads role and isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Excellent base salary, plus a proven commission system.
