About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated sales professional to support the busy residential building job portfolio with view to grow into a Recruitment Consultant position. Beginning as a Recruitment Coordinator / Resourcer your responsibilities will include:

Managing all internal phone calls

Telephone screening applicants and shortlisting resumes

Maintaining CRM system

Coordinating interviews and reference checking

Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms

Generating referral campaigns

General candidate care – follow ups

Managing company brand marketing on Linkedin

Invoicing and managing internal spreadsheets

Sales support for the Recruitment Consultants including prospecting

Other administration and sales support tasks

What we are looking for

Experience in a sales or relationship management position

Demonstrated high performance sales background

Strong administration skills, ability to prioritise and multitask

Exceptional communication both written and verbal

Exceptional customer service - service orientated!

A passion for working with people

Honesty and a high level of integrity

Excellent presentation

Happy to work in a small high performance team
